These 15 questions are intended to help us get a clear understanding of the your business/organization, the project requirements and any other critical information right at the start. Occasionally a potential clients expectations and values may be different to ours. The sooner this can be identified the better for both parties as it’s always best to be working with like-minded, passionate people.

We are generally happy to sign any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements and sometimes require our client to sign these for us too. Once we receive your completed form we will email you a copy of this form for your records. We’ll come back to you if we need any further clarity, otherwise we’ll get back in touch as soon as possible to arrange a follow-up discussion whether on the phone or in person.
Once we know more about you and your project will be excited to discuss any unique requirements with you, along with informing you more about our approach, expectations, process, legalities and our estimated fees for the particular project. A final project brief based on your exact requirements and expectations may still be necessary for you to complete to and we will inform you clearly of any next steps involved.

While we are Newcastle based business, that hadn’t stopped us working across Australia as much of our work can be done remotely. When possible we love to meet face to face, but often email, phone, video conferencing and the occasional flight mean we can work with clients across Australia and the world.
